1. Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for tickets due to change of plans, illness, or non-attendance.

In the unlikely event that Yakima Valley Round Up is canceled, you will be entitled to a full refund of your ticket purchase price.

Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

2. Donations

Donations are non-refundable. Once submitted, contributions cannot be canceled or returned.

3. Merchandise

Merchandise purchased at or through the event is non-refundable unless defective.

Exchanges for defective items may be offered at our discretion if requested within 14 days.
